Delivery times
You’ll notice that each of our products shows an estimated delivery window. Whilst we always do our best to deliver within this window we encourage you to contact our sales team direct if your need is time sensitive.
Public sector accounts
We offer a no fuss, instant 30 day credit account for all public sector purchase orders (POs). Simply email us your PO on letterheaded paper to place an order.
Returns
If you no longer need your order, or it arrives faulty or damaged, we can accept returns for up to 30 days from delivery. Please contact our sales team who’ll be happy to help.
