The site is well designed and full with lots of helpful information and tips, you can even watch videos which explain how certain waste is recycled. The website also has some helpful tools, such as a postcode search feature which allows you to find out what items you can recycle at home or at your local recycling bank. The website even has a section dedicated to schools, within this section are lots of helpful tips to encourage recycling within schools, whether that's primary or secondary.

Which.co.uk is a very trustworthy and reliable source of information. Their recycling section is well laid out and it offers many helpful tips for those difficult to recycle items. The website even includes a video guide to help improve your recycling.

The Direct Gov waste and recycling guide is a great source of information in regards to recycling services provided by local councils. The website has a very strong community feel, since the community are the people who generate the questions to put on the website. The questions raised are predominately about how to recycle, re-purpose, or reuse certain materials that would otherwise end up in the bin.

Rethink Europe (Recycling Appeal UK)
Rethink recycling appeal collects old mobile phones, printer cartridges, DVDs, Laptops and other electronic devices for reuse and recycling. The website has a really good feel to it, as it attempts to bring everyone together to aid both recycling and charity. The website is well set out into sections which makes it easy to operate, it even has a KidZone section which helps schools, scouts & guides raise money using a recycling appeal.

Love food hate waste is a government funded website which aims to educate all its visitors on how to reduce the amount of food they waste. The website consists of some more obvious facts about keeping food fresh, having the correct portions, but it also has some really informative insightful tips about date labels on food, and even tips on reducing food waste when eating out.

WRAP set up in the year 2000 to help recycling take off in the UK and to create a market for recycled materials. The website includes lots of interesting statistics about recycling and why it matters. The website has a real good feel to it and is easy to operate as it is split-up neatly into 4 sections.

Recycle-more.co.uk calls its self the one stop information recycling centre. It’s hard to argue with that, this website has detailed information on basic recycling, whether that’s at home, school, or work. It also has a section where you can delve deeper into specific recycling; you can also use the interactive forum to discuss recycling with other users.
