This Large 1220mm Forklift Truck Magnetic Sweeper with Release can be easily mounted onto forklifts for the mass removal of dangerous ferrous objects such as nails, scrap iron particles and screws from roads, loading docks, warehouses and other busy environments. It features industrial strength magnets which are ideal for decontaminating large areas quickly and efficiently, therefore reducing the likelihood of costly punctures and harmful injuries occurring.
This product is both corrosion-resistant and user-friendly. It requires no external power to operate as the permanent magnets provide all the performance and can lift approximately 190kgs of metal debris. The debris is released by pulling the bar between the forks upwards. Wipe the face of the magnet with a glove or heavy shop towel to clear any excess metal.
